2. Delivery Protocol & Signatures

Order deliveries will be executed reliably between 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.

To preserve the absolute safety of your luxury fragrances, goods will strictly require a signature upon delivery arrival. If you are personally unavailable to sign for your package, please ensure an alternative trusted individual (such as a family member, colleague, or neighbor) is prepared to receive it on your behalf.

3. Damages, Shortages & Claims

We take great pride in our break-proof secure shipping structures. However, Paradice Perfumes cannot be held responsible for external damage incurred to the goods after successful physical delivery has been completed.

In the rare event of transit discrepancies, all claims for shortages or damages must be reported to our customer service desk on the exact day of delivery along with unboxing verification photos or video proof.
